Return/Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 72 hours from original order. All items must be unworn, and original tagging must be on the item. Exchanges will only be made for size issues that Paris M. Collection are responsible for.The example is a customer orders a shirt in size 1-2 and we send the customer a size 3-4 this is a Paris M. Collection error. We will not take fault in orders placed and wrong size is ordered by a customer. As questions are strongly encouraged and welcomed to customer service before purchasing to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Please send a email to [email protected] including your order number and tracking number of the item you would like to exchange including, size and color. Please allow 8 business days for your exchange to be processed and reshipped to you.
Refunds/ Returns
No refunds. Items may be exchanged only per sizing issue only!
We will not refund any item as everything is final sale unless an above exchange is honored. You may also view all of our purchase terms at checkout at the bottom of the page. Each customer will be subject to agreeing to purchase terms before being allowed to finish processing a order. Accepting terms on purchase ensures that customers understand the Paris M. Collection shoppers policy and agrees.
Stock Levels
Our inventory levels unfortunately do not show true count for products daily until after we have fulfilled and shipped off a order for the item within 2 days the inventory will show depleted. Because of this you may order a item and later find out that we no longer have in stock after you have ordered. Please do not be alarmed but stay prepared and shop with options in mind. In This can happen once, twice, or many times over and we can only exchange or refund on your behalf. This is a normal apart of our process due to the extreme high volume of sales daily by the time we get to your order your item of choice may be gone by out of stock at that time. Again please be aware that if you order and get a email advising that we are sold out of an item please choose something to exchange for or receive a refund for the item please accept and be open to our process. We apologize as we do know it may be on the inconvenient side of things. We hope in the near future that our inventory software advances and we will diligently try to beat the odds in this matter.
